PlayNames customizes each order placed on our website. Because our products are customized, we do not generally permit returns. In the event we do permit a return (at our sole discretion), you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions. Items sent to our office without a RMA number, and packages that are improperly packaged will be refused receipt. All refunds will be done in the form of the original purchase method except for bank wires, which are refunded via company check.
PlayNames cares about our product quality. If you receive a PlayNames product that is defective or broken, please contact us as soon as possible for a free replacement. If you damage a PlayNames product, whether by accident, or because your kids decided to use it as a Frisbee, get in touch with us, and we'll offer you a steeply discounted replacement. After all, we have kids, too. We know how it goes.
