PlayNamesKids.com typically ships our products via First Class Mail using the US Postal Service. The USPS tends to be quite reliable, and most of our shipments arrive within 3-5 business days. You can choose to use other shipping methods, such as UPS Overnight, among others.
Every shipment, regardless of carrier, includes order tracking. If for some reason your order does not arrive within a reasonable time, let us know and we'll resend it to you at no charge. Please allow sufficient time to ensure that the order is not delayed prior to requesting a resend. We reserve the right to refuse to reship solely at our discretion, although we're usually very easygoing about it.
We try very hard to meet our expected shipping deadlines. For example, most orders made before 2pm ship the same business day. However, sometimes we fail to ship in a timely manner. We apologize if that happens to you, and we may (at our sole discretion) offer you free shipping if we fail to ship quickly.
